NetSuite Integration & SuiteScript Development
Stop bending your operation to fit a generic connector. We build custom SuiteScripts, API bridges, and data transformation layers engineered to your warehouse, 3PL, and financial workflows, on a fixed quote against a specification you approve before we write a line of code.
Scope a Development ProjectPipe17 subcontracts us to deliver implementations for their own customers.

Signs You Need This
The Work That Shouldn’t Still Be Manual
If your team is doing any of this by hand, it is a scripting problem, not a staffing problem.
Manual Data Work
The 9am Spreadsheet
A person opens two systems, reconciles them by hand, and re-keys the result. It has been that way so long it stopped looking like a problem, until that person takes a week off.
- ✕Daily exports and re-keying
- ✕Reconciliation done in spreadsheets
- ✕The process depends on one person
Connector Limits
The Last 20%
Bundles, pre-orders, split shipments, multi-currency landed cost, subscription renewals. The standard integration has no opinion about any of it, so your team supplies the opinion manually.
- ✕Bundles and kits handled by hand
- ✕Split shipments breaking the sync
- ✕Landed cost and FX applied manually
Stalled Roadmap
No One to Build It
An audit, ours or someone else’s, told you exactly what is wrong. It has been sitting in a document for two quarters because internal engineering is booked through next year.
- ✕A fix list with no owner
- ✕Internal engineering fully committed
- ✕Known issues reappearing every close
What We Build
SuiteScript Development
Inside NetSuite
User event, scheduled, map/reduce, and RESTlet scripts built to your business rules: order transformation, GL automation, custom record logic, and the validation that stops bad data at the door instead of in the close.
- Order & transaction automation
- GL posting & close automation
- Data validation at entry
Custom API Bridges
Between Systems
Direct integrations where no connector exists or the existing one falls short: marketplaces, 3PLs, WMS platforms, EDI partners, and internal tools. Built with retry logic, error alerting, and a reconciliation path, because the interesting part is never the happy path.
- Marketplace & 3PL connections
- Retry logic & error alerting
- EDI & internal tool bridges
Data Transformation Layers
Between Formats
SKU mapping, unit conversion, tax and currency treatment, and channel-specific field logic, so every system receives data in the shape it expects and nobody reconciles by hand.
- SKU & unit mapping
- Tax, currency & landed cost logic
- Channel-specific field rules
Fixed Scope Before We Quote
Development work goes wrong when it is scoped on a call. Nothing starts here until both sides know exactly what is being built.
Week 1
Technical Discovery
We review actual system behaviour (configuration, existing scripts, integration logs), not just the description of it. If you have had an audit, this is largely done.
Weeks 1-2
Specification & Fixed Quote
A written spec: every script and integration, its behaviour, its failure handling, and its acceptance criteria. You approve it before any code is written, and the quote is fixed against it.
Weeks 2-6
Build in Sandbox
All development happens in your sandbox against real data volumes, with progress visible to your team throughout. Nothing touches production untested.
Weeks 6-8
UAT, Deploy & Handover
You test against the acceptance criteria you approved. Then deployment, monitoring, and documented handover, including the source, so the code is yours.
What You Receive
Approved Technical Specification
Written before the build, and the document your fixed quote is set against. No scope drift, no surprise change orders.
Deployed, Tested Scripts & Integrations
Running in production, validated against the acceptance criteria you signed off in step two.
Full Source Code
Commented and yours to keep. Any competent NetSuite developer can maintain or extend it. You are never locked in to us.
Technical Documentation
What each component does, what it touches, and how to change it safely, written for someone who has never met us.
Error Handling & Alerting
You find out something failed from a notification, not from finance three weeks later at close.
Get a fixed quote against a spec you approve
Send us the workflow that is still manual. We write the specification first, quote it once, and hand over the source code when it ships.
