Audit · Fix · Monitor

Find the Gaps, Fix Them, Keep Them Closed

We work on the integration layer between Pipe17, your 3PLs, your sales channels and NetSuite. Most clients start with a three-week audit that proves where the systems disagree, fix what it finds, then keep it fixed with nightly monitoring.

How We Work

One Path, Three Steps

Each step stands on its own. You can stop after any of them, and each one hands the next step everything it needs.

1. Audit

3 weeks

Prove where orders, shipments and refunds don’t match between Pipe17 and NetSuite, and price each gap in dollars.

For: controller, CFO or VP of operations

2. Fix

4 to 8 weeks

Close the gaps with a Pipe17 implementation or NetSuite development, quoted against a scope you approve.

For: operations and IT

3. Monitor

Monthly

Agents check Pipe17 against NetSuite every night, so the gaps stay closed.

For: finance and operations

The Services Behind Each Step

Commerce Integration Audit

Step 1 · 3 weeks · Fixed scope · Read-only

Every order, shipment and refund from the last 90 days checked between Pipe17 and NetSuite. Each mismatch is proven, checked by your finance team and priced in dollars, then ranked into a roadmap you keep.

  • 13 numbered checks, the same every audit
  • Findings verified by your team before they count
  • A roadmap you keep, whether or not we fix it

Pipe17 Implementation

Step 2 · 6 to 8 weeks

Go live on Pipe17 without gambling your peak season: stack audit, custom configuration, NetSuite alignment, 3PL integration, peak-volume testing and two weeks of hypercare.

  • End-to-end onboarding
  • NetSuite and Pipe17 alignment
  • Multi-channel go-live validation

NetSuite & SuiteScript Development

Step 2 · 4 to 8 weeks

Custom SuiteScripts, API bridges and data transformation layers for your warehouse, 3PL and financial workflows. Fixed quote against a specification you approve before we write a line of code.

  • SuiteScript and GL automation
  • Custom API bridges and EDI
  • Full source code, yours to keep

Commerce Ops Monitoring

Step 3 · Read-only · Monthly retainer

Monitoring agents that check Pipe17 against NetSuite every night and tell your team what needs attention, with the dollar value, before month-end. Starts from the audit’s findings.

  • Nightly order-to-ledger reconciliation
  • A morning exception digest
  • Integration health alerts

Where Should You Start?

01

You’re choosing or replacing your order system

Start with a Pipe17 implementation. It opens with its own stack audit in weeks 1 and 2, so you don’t need a separate one.

02

You’re live on Pipe17 and NetSuite, and the numbers don’t agree

Start with the audit. Three weeks to know what is wrong, what it costs and what to fix first.

03

You already have a fix list with root causes

Go straight to NetSuite development and put the budget into the build.

04

Everything works, and you want to keep it that way

Monitoring, after an audit or at the end of a Synapse implementation.

What Stays the Same on Every Project

Fixed scope, quoted first

You see the scope and the price in writing before we start, and they don’t move with what we find.

The engineers who scope it do the work

No hand-off to a junior bench after the sales call.

Written so anyone can pick it up

Maps, roadmaps and specs are written so your team, or any capable partner, can carry on without us.

We’ll tell you when the answer is none of these

If what you need is a process change or a different tool, we say so before you spend anything.

Questions We Get Asked

Do we have to start with an audit?

No. If you are implementing Pipe17, the implementation includes its own stack audit. If you already have a fix list, go straight to development. The audit is the right start when the symptoms are clear but the cause is not.

Do you work with Pipe17 directly?

Yes. We are an official Pipe17 partner, and Pipe17 brings us in from the first sales conversation. If you are already talking to Pipe17, you can ask them to include us.

Do you only work with Pipe17?

The audit and monitoring are built for Pipe17 and NetSuite. Our NetSuite development covers integrations to marketplaces, 3PLs, WMS platforms, EDI partners and internal tools, whatever sits in between.

Where is the team based?

In Lima, Peru, working the same hours as US Eastern and Central time. Our clients are US brands, and every engagement is quoted and invoiced in US dollars.

Not sure which one you need?

Most engagements start with an audit, then move to implementation or development once the gaps are written down. Tell us what is breaking and we will point you at the right one, including when the answer is none of them.
